About the Role:
As a BIM Specialist, you will manage Building Information Modeling workflows for large-scale projects. You’ll use Revit and BIM 360 for clash detection, coordination, and cost planning.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BIM models in Revit

Run clash detection and resolve design conflicts

Generate model-based quantity takeoffs

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
Requirements:

Proficiency in Revit & BIM 360

Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows

Strong understanding of architectural and engineering systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
